Transparent project fees and estimate factors for cost structure advisory engagements.
Our fees reflect scope—employee count, site count, data quality, and timeline—not subscription tiers. All amounts below are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and exclude travel outside northern Taiwan unless stated.

What affects your quote
- Entity count — Separate legal entities require consolidated views and add analysis time.
- Data readiness — Clean, coded financial exports shorten the engagement; manual spreadsheets add reconciliation work.
- Site visits — First two on-site days within northern Taiwan are included in Cost Structure Review fees. Additional travel is billed at TWD 8,000 per day plus documented transport and lodging.
- Urgency — Timelines under four weeks for a full review may incur a 15% scheduling premium if we accept the deadline.
Payment terms
- 40% deposit upon signed engagement letter
- 40% at draft deliverable
- 20% upon final presentation

No hidden software fees
We do not sell dashboards, subscriptions, or implementation packages. If we recommend a tool your team already owns (e.g., your ERP or spreadsheet models), configuration remains your internal responsibility unless you separately request hands-on support.
